- If you've never bought real property at auction, do not be intimidated! Provided each bidder meets the requirements of the auction's Terms & Conditions, anyone can bid - a savvy auction-attendee or the auction novice. We work diligently to make our auction process user-friendly and efficient for anyone.
- Competitive Bidding allows any qualified bidder to participate at his or her level. The price of a property is determined by the competitive market on that auction day. Each qualified bidder may participate as much, or as little, as he or she determines.
- Due Diligence, our and yours! We strive to provide a complete Property Information Package for each property we offer at auction. We outline the inspection details and make arrangements, privately if needed, to show properties. We present each property's photographs, plats, maps, deeds and any other useful information for your personal inspection and consideration.
